Michał Probierz podpalił. Jego decyzja o odebraniu opaski kapitana Robertowi Lewandowskiemu i sposób załatwienia tej sprawy była poniżej pasa i pozbawiona szacunku do najwybitniejszego piłkarza w historii polskiej piłki. Reakcja Lewandowskiego była spodziewana, gwiazdor FC Barcelony zakomunikował, że w kadrze Probierza grać nie będzie. Kto ma rację w tym sporze i jakie jest wyjście z tej sytuacji?
Jaka była chronologia zdarzeń? Tematem debaty publicznej w sportowych mediach była nieobecność Roberta Lewandowskiego na czerwcowym zgrupowaniu. Kapitan poinformował, że jego organizm prosi o reset, że jest zmęczony intensywnym sezonem i nie jest w stanie pomóc kadrze.
Reakcja Probierza? Selekcjoner wyjaśnił, że rozmawiał z Lewandowskim i w pełni szanuje jego decyzję. – Robert rozegrał prawie cztery tysiące minut w tym sezonie i jest to normalna kolej rzeczy. Ma też swoje lata i trzeba go szanować – tak mówił Michał Probierz podczas poniedziałkowej konferencji prasowej.
Probierz zabrał opaskę Lewandowskiemu! Kadra bez kapitana!
Co się więc od tego czasu zmieniło, że Probierz zdecydował się odebrać mu opaskę? Czyżby chodziło o jego przylot do Chorzowa na spotkanie z Mołdawią, by pożegnać Kamila Grosickiego? Nie miał selekcjoner czasu, by porozmawiać z byłym już kapitanem i swoją decyzję wyjaśnić?
Przypuszczam, że wątpię.
Brak szacunku
To boli przede wszystkim. Nie sama decyzja, która moim zdaniem jest oderwana od rzeczywistości i skandaliczna.
Ale załóżmy, że jeśli Probierz jest selekcjonerem, to ma pełne prawo na tak odważny krok, bo to właśnie Probierz jest rozliczany z wyników i jako szef tego projektu może podjąć pewne kroki, czasami ekstremalnie trudne, mając na uwadze dobro zespołu.
Ale chodzi tutaj o formę. Nie można takich decyzji komunikować przez telefon. Zwłaszcza w stosunku do piłkarza, który jest absolutnie najlepszym zawodnikiem w historii polskiego futbolu. Który ciągnął tę kadrę kilkanaście lat, który przyjeżdżał ZAWSZE, gdy tylko mógł. Który u każdego selekcjonera harował, chociaż nie z każdym miał po drodze.
„Nikt nie jest ważniejszy niż reprezentacja”. Reakcje po rezygnacji Lewandowskiego
Ja takiej formy załatwienia sprawy przez Probierza nie rozumiem i nie akceptuję. Nie można w ten sposób traktować tak zasłużonego reprezentanta. A reakcja samego Lewandowskiego? W ogóle mu się nie dziwię. I cieszę się, że wygrały u Lewandowskiego emocje, że pokazał ludzką twarz.
Wiele razy narzekaliśmy, że brakuje mu charakteru, uderzenia pięścią w stół. Cieszę się, że raz czy drugi Lewandowski publicznie zabrał głos, podobnie jak przed meczem z Mołdawią w studio TVP Sport. Podobnie jest i teraz. Lewandowski przemówił, dał znać, że u Probierza grać nie będzie. Dla kadry oczywiście to wielka strata, jednak jestem przekonany, że Probierz doskonale zdawał sobie z tego sprawę, że zabierając opaskę Lewandowskiemu, będzie oznaczało to taką reakcję byłego już kapitana.
Brak pomysłu
W PZPN-ie się pali, dawno nie trzeba było gasić takiego pożaru. I to wszystko z pełną świadomością Michała Probierza, który podjął diabelnie trudną i – moim zdaniem niepotrzebną – decyzję. Pytanie brzmi: dlaczego teraz? Czy Probierz nie mógł porozmawiać z napastnikiem FC Barcelony przed zgrupowaniem? Nie mogli ustalić wspólnego języka komunikacji?
Albo jeśli już Lewandowskiego w kadrze selekcjoner nie chciał, to nie mógł wstrzymać się z komunikatem do końca zgrupowania? Przecież we wtorek Biało-Czerwoni zagrają z Finlandią. Reprezentacja gra słabo, rozczarowuje, a na horyzoncie mamy kluczowe spotkanie w eliminacjach mistrzostw świata.
I nie o taktyce teraz będziemy dyskutować, czy o wyborach personalnych Probierza. To właśnie konflikt na linii Probierz – Lewandowski będzie absolutnym tematem numer jeden. Do spotkania z Finlandią i podczas dzisiejszej konferencji prasowej.
W poszukiwaniu sensu tempa decyzji Probierza widzę tylko jeden cel – Probierz szukał wstrząsu i impulsu. Niechcący jednak odpalił bombę atomową, odbierając opaskę kapitańską najwybitniejszej jednostce w historii polskiej piłki. Probierz jest selekcjonerem i może podejmować trudne decyzje, jednak ta absolutnie się nie broni, a kulisy załatwienia sprawy są niesmaczne. Bez klasy. Bez wyczucia.
Moja opinia jest taka, że Probierz rozwalił zespół. Nie ma na niego pomysłu, co konsekwentnie widzimy. Probierz powinien dbać o dobro kadry, by ta wypadała dobrze na tle rywali i broniła się na boisku. Pomysł Probierz jest jednak taki, by poza boiskiem podejmować trudne i nieoczywiste decyzje, o którym dyskutuje cały kraj.
Decyzje, które nie mają prawa się obronić. Bo odsuwanie Lewandowskiego to najwyższy szczyt głupoty. W kadrze, która aż razi średniactwem, przeciętnością i brakiem jakiegokolwiek pomysłu.
